Passionate TF2-player looking for a team!

I have one season of experience as a scout div 6/div 5 plus some mixes and lobbies. I can't really main call though, so you can boss around :).
I also would like to switch to Sniper sometimes. My experiences are enough to defend. Aim is quite good, aiming, gamesense and movement are always available. Offclassing as a Pyro isn't fine, but if needed I could switch.
Generally, I am reliable, friendly, humorous, willing to learn as a team player.

What I look for is a team that would be funny, but with enough ambition that it holds more than one season and trained at least twice a week, I prefer using Mumble, not TeamSpeak. If you think that I fit to you, I'm pleased to be added on Steam and trial for a team.
