Hey , i'm Logic I play scout/sniper . Yes I am american but I rarely ping above 160 so i'll be fine. I speak English of course and I have mumble and vent downloaded. I play at a low/mid level in NA so i'm guessing that's Div 6/5 here. I snipe fairly well even with higher ping , so if you need someone for that I got it. So yeah add me and i'll tryout :D
