Hiello!
This is what my loadout will most of the time look like:
Rocket Jumper
Concheror/Buff Banner
Market Gardener
I have 400 hours on Solly, most of those hours being MGE and market gardening in pubs.
On cramped maps like Steel I can use another rocket launcher or even the base jumper. I can also sometimes go DH for picking sentries.
Though I won't so much damage, I will distract the enemy a lot (of what I've experienced so far).

26 kills doesn’t really prove that it “works”. Sure 8 medpicks is nice but if the enemy team has a decent pyro you’d be denied. The damage is way too low to be beneficial in the long run.

Eisen being the Pyro for EsQ (I think) he’s surely not bottom d6 level as you seem to deem him.
What I mean with that it works is that it’s not a 8v9 situation. It’s not completely useless.
