Heavy  Mid/Open Skill, Highlander

In past i was 5 months in highlander team as heavy and we did pretty good. Sadly it disbanded, so I'm looking for new one to scrim once a week and practice.
I have 50 lobbies on tf2center, mostly heavy. 7000 hours in TF2.
Im open to take any sort of critisism, to improve and try my best!
