Medic  Open Skill, Highlander

I'm a medic main, coming up on 2000 hours in TF2 (200+ hours in medic). I would like to be the main medic on an open div HL team (preferably one based in the EU so I can play at reasonable times, I live in the UK)
I'm currently the new substitute medic for the 9Particles HL team, but I don't get any games cos the team leader is the main medic.
