Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Hi all,
I'm looking for a team for season 15. Played Div4 last season and placed second and I regularly play Div3/4 mixes. I'd be pretty comfortable in Div4 but would like to keen up to push for Div3.
About me:
-Strong DM
-Good knowledge of tactics and positioning
-Able to play almost every night and willing to train 3-4 times per week
-Have a Mumble and a German-based server (ckras)
-Can go from clean shaven to respectable beard in about 14-18 days
About you:
-Solid team with as little rage as possible
-Div4 experience at least, looking to go Div3 this season or at least push for it next season.
-Happy to chill out playing other games when not training.
-Able to explain to me why I can never find my fucking car keys.
