Looking for subs only.
The most important quality we are looking for is that you understand that it's a team game and that the ability to work with the team as a whole is much more important than your own skill level. Good skill is not essential just as long as you know the game and have a good understanding of team dynamics. We play this for fun, but prepare to take things seriously, and you have to be able to stay calm in difficult situations and not overreact. Good communication skills are essential.

I’m a medic, currently looking for a team. I have little match experience (my server has a match once a month or so, 6vs6 and highlander), but I’m really hoping to get better, and I figure that practice as an alternate is a good first step.
I like to think that I’m fairly easy going guy who likes to have fun, but I try my best to play for keeps. I’m an English major, so I try at all times to be a good communicator. As a rule, I never rage, and like to think that I’m level-headed.
