ScoutSniper  Div 3 Skill, 6v6

Yo! Im 17 years, I am looking for a stable div 3 team (maybe div 4 if has a very good potential) as a scout-sniper.
-I've played in div 3 team and many mix (always div 3) and i think i can easily play in div 3 as scout
-I have a very good DM, good flanking-backcap and a good gamesense too
-I can play every day from 20:00 to 23:30 CEST
-I dont rage
-My english sucks but my calls are good, anyway I'd like to improve
