  Open Skill, Highlander

Hi, my name is 工程师mad. but I'm also known as Konektiv.
I live in Serbia (EU) and I'm in the UTC +1 timezone
As I am new to the "real competitive" scene I'm looking for an Open Highlander team with players of similar skill.
I have about 600hrs of playtime as of making this post(please dont judge my skill based on the low amount of hours)
I have no prior competitive experience except for being frequent on TF2Center. I have about 50 lobbies and been playing mostly TF2C lobbies since ive hit 500hrs as I enjoy Highlander very much.I think playing with and against players that are 2k+ hrs has sharpened my skills alot.
My main and most played class is Engineer with ~100hrs on him.
My voice comms are very limited so I prefer using binds or just chat to communicate the few things an engineer needs to call out.
Due to often being away from 7am-1pm or 1:30pm-7pm (UTC+1 timezone) and some more time when exams come my schedule is a bit packed so Id prefer joining a team that plays matches/scrims around the morning hours or on the weekends.
