We, Aegrus, are a upcoming team of talent, are looking for you, a:

– Soldier of SOLID mid skill, you don\'t have to have history in this level, if you got the skill, request a trial.
– Able to play Sun-thur from about 19:00 to 24:00. 4/5 days we will stop at 23:00 cause there are no more wars on irc, but if we get opponent, we will play to 24:00.
– Wanting to improve on daily basis, you need to be able to push yourself to get better all the time, and analize your own play.
– Love your class! You will not offclass (Unless called) \"for fun\" in our PCW, even if we are up against a very bad team, you will stick to your class and finish the game.
– Able to take criticizm. If you make a mistake in a PCW, you will be pointed on your mistake by the others, you need to be able to maintain your sportsmanship, and grow out of the criticizm.

Now after those heavy demands, here is a small list of what we can offer you, in Aegrus we:

– Have lots of upcoming talent, improving on daily basis, fast pace.
– Are extremely active, most of us are contactable throughout pretty much the whole day
– Love TF2!
– Analyze our play, so we can grow as a team, review STV demo\'s to point out what we could have done better.
– Extremely stable, as long as me and sgN^ are together, we will not fold. We are dedicated to go to the top, and we know we can go on a losing streak, and we also know we can not win every game we play.

If you can not REALLY play 5 days a week from 19:00, Please do not contact us, we are not making an exception for anyone.

    Thanks for the kind words guys, and thanks for the defense Swarlz, but we knew when we set this up and we ever had to put up a recruitment post, that we would get trolled/flamed/bashed on alot by most people, but we don’t care.

    We are still looking to 1 dedicated person that is looking for a team with unlimited potential.

    My advice : don’t take this too serious. Dedication like that is for div6/5 teams who want to improve a lot and in order to do that, don’t turn off tf2. I dont see why div3 team would do this. Playing in higher divs requires a lot more thinking and stuff, and if you do it 5 hours a day, you can become really exhausted. Just lower the prac hours, don’t play at Friday and problem solved.

    Anyways, i wish you good luck. I hope you will find the right solly to match your overall awesomness :D

    Stew, half the players in this team have played in div 2 standard teams. The thinking is already there, these players also love TF2 and can handle the practice hours. If they want to do it let them, it’s beneficial to the team and the community having such active players.
    There is no down side to this activity.

    But seriously, as Stew said, that much practice is probably not needed.
    If you play too much there is a risk people will start dropping because they are starting to realize the game forces them to skip a lot of other real life activities.

    I don’t see why everyone is making this hastle out of it, most top teams play sun-thur which is 5 nights which will be like us, therefore we train no more than others. just the difference that we on friday and saturday will still have about 4-5 players online which would play together and counts pretty much as 6th day.

    If they like it they will play how much time they want.
    You don’t have to be with them if it seems to you too much hours, but the player who wants to play with them will have to take the risk…

    I updated the recruitment post so it looks a little more clean, and it’s a little more obvious what kind of person we are looking for, I also added a part with what u can expect from us.

    We have trialled 4 soldiers now, only still working with 1 of them. We are in desperate need of fresh ass :]

    It is nice to see that there are people really dedicated to serious practice. It’s important that you get people that are really honest about beeing able to play that much, otherwise they will likely drop after a while.

    Also, I think you show the enemy more respect if you stick to your class and don’t off-class with some retarded classes just to show how much you own them.
