Looking for the final guy to complete the cake :) as our medic cannot easily maincall – he is just learning english but is perfectly fine as a medic. Need a pocket solly who can main call, knows a few strats, clear loud comms. Div 3/4 solly preferably, although we will probably enter div 4 hopefully in s15. Add me if you feel confident :)

Based on this you are barely div 5. Yet you advertise not div 4, but div 4/3? No offense but perhaps it’s time for a reality check. Stuff like this is the reason you can’t get games at the level you’d expect in #tf.wars, and why people whine on the forums about being in the wrong division. Get some experience, you’d just be destroyed in div 4.

lol, no offence switch is probably the worst medic i’ve met. I made this account, to play div 6 highlander with some pub mates. I play div 3/4 mixes regularly (every day) and i dont see why team history seems to matter. Stats mean shit. If you want to play, PLAYING DETERMENS HOW GOOD YOU ARE, NOT STATS.

You also only have match history in division 6 highlander, where you lost all your games.

I created this account to play div 6 highlander with some pub mates ages ago :) so basically youre telling me to de-activate my account for posting a recruitment on etf2l. community isnt a joke is it?

You could get good results but surely you’d need Gemas.
This team actually works if you medic, NsX, and you look for a scout.
We had a demoman of around div 2 level, but he had to leave due to family problems, gemas is good, but looking for maybe someone who can call more. I appreciate you thinking about me on medic, but ive been focusing on scout, and my dm level has improved drastically, secondly, i cannot maincall :) thanks fraac.

NsX, all that I’m saying is that you are massively overrating your team, and if you want to find a medic at all, you are going to need to be more realistic about your skill level. Actual div3 medics may apply to trial for you and all they will see is a bunch of div5 tryhards, and they will not join you. Being more realistic about your skill level will only do you a favour – I was only trying to help.
Sure, it’s possible to not have a match history and still be at a certain level, though this is very rare. In your team though, it applies to all players but one (well, two now since you recruited motbod), so it is incredibly unlikely that div 4 is anywhere near accurate for your team.
Besides, if you play mixes at a div4 level it doesn’t mean you are div4. It is very likely that your opponents, who were looking for div4 in #tf.wars, were only div5 themselves, so you’ve been beating div5 teams all along. Even if you are a div4 worthy team, you are advertising div 4/3! To top it all off your attitude isn’t helping you at all..
I would recommend you close this recruitment post and make a new one that says Div 5/4, and explain that while you’re not quite div 4 yet, you would like to push for it, or something along those lines. That way you are being honest about your team’s skills and any potential trialists will know what’s up.

You will probably enter div4 and youre looking for a div3 medic. My suggestion is – go trade because thats what youre good at.
why would yo usay that svins, i suck at trading? and monkeh, i already have you added? :) Wanting a div 3 medic that will help massivily with the team, not a div 5 that we have to tell what to do.
I think they mean that they want a strong maincaller that will carry them to improve fast,not that they’re div 4/3..
also NsX a trader is someone who gets into a clan which is higher than his actual skill lever, then he just sucks some dicks and gets acknowledged around people from higher divs, then he is considered better than he actually is.
