Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Greetings!
Name's accless and I'm looking for a team, preferably in Div 3. Div 4 would be cool, too if the team is very keen and know what they're doing. I can roam on a decent Div 3 level and Pocket in div 4.
The following is very subjective but might give you an early idea if I am what you're looking for:
– I'm aggressive on Roamer, flank-focused and team up well with scouts that like rocket support.
-I take away little to no heals away from the medic (between 8 and 18% per match including heals during rollout.
-I got solid jumping skills and rollout and move from A to B very fast.
-I don't rage. Worst that can happen is me getting annoyed but that takes quite a bit.
-I speak fluent English.
-I'm keen about the game, meaning I look into my own, my team's and some prem demos and I'd like to find a team that does the same.
On the other hand:
-I am comparably inexperienced (only two seasons under my belt but I'm mixing/pcwing with Div 3 teams on a regular basis)
-I tend to overextend.
-I'm a bad offclasser (a bad sniper to be exact).
-I comm too much. Tell me too shut up it it becomes counter-productive
-Overly aggressive on pocket sometimes and prone to sub-optimal positioning.
I'm looking for a keen team and by that I mean a team that knows what it's doing, that doesn't need their scouts to be told to cap, knows positioning, likes to try out different strategies and is in it to win BUT has fun while doing so.
Add me if you'd like me to trial for you. I can play almost any day, just the next 2 weeks aren't possible during the weekends.

didnt have the chance to play with him as roamer, but from playing with him as medic, he was really calm, nice and smart guy, also really friendly :]
