9 Men Second Team

We are currently looking for a demoman, who is also able to play other classes (mostly scout)
We are currently playing in Wireplay division 6c, and are in the ETF2L summer league division 6c
Our current demo can only play 2-3 nights a week due to work, and we have lost the only other player who can play demo due to his PC failing, this has left us needing to recruit a new player.
We need you to be able to play demoman (on all maps not just granlands) and be competent at scout
You will be joining as a squad player, but will get to play most nights, versitility is key, as we will need you to be able to fill in as scout when needed.
No pressure will be applied to you, however we expect you to learn and not make the same mistakes over and over.
We want to win but no blame will be placed if we lose
We have no intention of constently recruiting to move up the leagues, we want to play together and grow as a squad, working on the longer we play together the better as a team we will become, and we will find our place whether that is division 6 forever or division 1.
If you what a fast track to the top divisions we aren\'t the team for you, however if you want to learn or just join our project of stability will eventually lead to success add me for a trial.
Currently our team has a mix of TF2 veterans who have been playing since day 1, and reletive newcomers to the game
It\'s important to us that you fit in with us, we\'re looking for a mature player 18+
Speaks fluent English (most of our team are from the UK), and has a mic
Previous 6v6 experience is prefered however it is not essential, as we will help train you.
The ability to play till 23:00 CET is needed (sometimes later), as we play late, we don\'t normally start before 21:00 CET
None raging players only, if we lose 5-0, we pick ourselves up and move on, we try and analyse what has gone wrong and how to fix it in mumble after the game, you must be able to take feedback without raging

Tikcus has been around a long time and knows the game well, with a solid recruit they should have no problems getting promoted to div 5 under his lead.
Kuma says such nice things
He just called you an old man and said you’d peak at Div5! Not that nice. At least that’s how I saw it :P
Anyway, 9m2 are a nice bunch of guys and will improve quickly I reckon. They have a nice blend of experience and raw death match skill, so join up demo dudes, you’ll have fun, learn a lot and maybe win a few matches too.
