Ganon has been caught trying to sell ETF2L medals, as a result he will be banned until February 29th, 2016.
scrambled has been caught intentionally disrupting a team’s voice communication, and as a result will be banned for the remainder of Highlander Season 9.

It really is a stupid thing to ban for, for disrupting team comms, its his own mumble and he is free to do anything with it, its like if someone comes into your house and you have to kick them out because they are on your property and they are not welcomed.
And it’s not like it ruined the game or anything, a simple in-game pause and a mumble switch can take up to 3 minutes, just stack any empty Colony mumble and you’re good to go.

1.8 Disruption of ETF2L and it’s services are strictly forbidden
Causing disruption to the ETF2L ( the ETF2L website, ETF2L matches or any other service run by ETF2L ) is strictly forbidden.
This includes (but is not limited to) intentionally connecting to an in-game server during an ongoing match, tampering with server settings to disrupt or create an advantage for a team, attacking a server with a Denial of Service attack, connecting to a team’s voice server during an ongoing match with the intention to cause disruption etc.
Every case will be reviewed individually and penalties may vary based off of the severity of each offense.
Any decisions made will be at the discretion of the admin team and all circumstances are going to be taken into account.
that’s fucking dumb though. they kicked him and assumed that they are still allowed to use his mumble. sounds like the team are the ones that should take the blame in this case.
For instance, if I used someone’s server for an official without his or her consent and then the person that owns the server kicks everyone because he wants it for his own use, surely it wouldn’t be the server owner’s fault either.

Its more complicated than that, I was never removed from the roster until after I shut down the mumble server, however, chronos changed his mind and I was told that they’d play with me for the rest of the season, I refused before the match started.
I didn’t specify that I would stop them from using my mumble server, but I thought that was kind of obvious.

Next time a team wants to play just invade someones mumble and he wont kick you because he can’t prove he didnt mean to disrupt comms.

Who from the team can claim any ownership over the server? From what I’ve read here it’s solely scrambled’s, so this rule enforcement really can’t even be really called accurate seeing as while the team use it, it’s not theirs. Also seeing as he said he doesn’t wanna play with them after the lolhl drama you’d assume that they’d infer that if he’s not playing they don’t use his shit any more.

There isn’t really any proof, actual proof not just salty players, that’s public and show it was definitely intentional. If there is and it’s just not been linked here then by all means, correct me.

though the real mature thing to do was 1st not kick him for the reasons ive read here during an ongoing season and 2nd even if they kicked him, dont expect to be welcome on HIS server anymore.

It’s his mumble he has right to do anything with it. It doesn’t matter if it’s mature or not, he had right to do everything with his property and the fault is on the leaders of a team they didn’t get another mumble server. The rule about disrupting voice comms would be broken if it was their mumble.
