Season 17 powered by Tt eSports – Premiership Qualfiers

The qualifiers have finished, and finally we know the 8 teams participating in the Premiership Division this season. Joining the original 4 teams will be International AYOGURL SUGADADDY HOOD PUSSY CREEPERS, Sweden Dotter, France BONNE AMBIANCE 2K14 and European Fenneks eSports by SimRai.com [season 18. The first three won their first matches and earned direct promotion into the Premiership Division.           European Fenneks eSports by SimRai.com [season 18 lost and had to win a round robin against the other two losers to earn their place. Congratulations to these teams, and we look forward to an exciting season!

Config Updates

A new config called etf2l_golden_cap.cfg has been added to the config package. This will exec the correct commands to play a golden cap, namely mp_timelimit 10 and mp_winlimit 1. It can be downloaded on the Configs Page.

Bans

More players have been caught with a VAC ban on the source engine. They are banned from ETF2L for one year:

A player has been caught cheating by our AC team. They are banned from ETF2L for one year:

  • European TKT – Aimbot

A team has been caught intentionally adding a banned player to their roster

  • Georgia ErIsTaVi – Alt of Georgia GeNeRaL iRoH (Ban extended by 1 year)
  • Georgia NePToNnN – Intentionally adding a banned player to their roster (Banned for 3 months)

    Can someone point me to the rules that say ‘adding a banned player to your roster’ is against the rules? They can’t play in matches anyway so they would be effectively roster riding (which isn’t against the rules anyway).
