I can only question the guys motive, and I’d assume that he’d toggle it for when he snipes or rather sparsely when scouting as I never really experienced trouble against him when I play scout.
Then again there are many occasions where I can recall him just knowing where someone is all the time, for some reason we could never hide behind the team as danny would somehow find us and many occasions where he’d turn a corner and be firing at you almost instantly.

After my x team official, I asked admin for his demo. He didn’t miss any shot and somehow he jumped on me from high spot, when 3 other heavy classes around me and he hitted me 107. ok dude. CHEATER SHOT.
Any other shot on me was 100+ :)

Also I think it’s funny people seem to think the AC team consists of one person. And what is even funnier is people complaining about the AC team being cautious about banning people before they feel they have enough evidence to do so.
Just to make this clear, no one person is ever the reason for a ban on a person. The entire AC team (however many that may be) will always have to give their opinion before someone is banned.

To people that think it’s a good idea to say “omg he doesn’t hack i am his friend” or “omg he hacks i saw him one time and i’m a professional”, note that nothing you say in this situation matters. If someone is banned by the AC team they will stay banned and nothing anyone says in the community will change that. Your opinion on whether we are right or wrong doesn’t make a difference to us.

A bit late considering he was banned on 10/09/10 in ESL. But yes as Retschok said “Better late than never”.
You might say he was banned for cheating on a CSS public server, but that’s not true. First we can’t ban anyone for cheating on public servers in ESL for obvious reasons and danny was banned for cheating in a CSS competition, which may have 18 players on the server, but that doesn’t make it a public one.

Pub server or not he was banned on ESL for cheating in CS:S. What that has to do with TF2, ETF2L or ETF2L bans I have no idea.
I gave catman the benefit of the doubt since he might not know our ban policies off the top of his head, but since Anakin came up with and/or contributed to a lot of the old bans (the VAC bans ringing any bells), I can only conclude that the TF2 staff at ESL are losing their minds, or at least their memories.
Ye i agree on that crasp, banned is banned. Danny is gone, we won’t complain about that. I just don’t agree on the way it was made public this time, letting us (innocent rest of the team) wait and play the whole season and publish the ban actually exactly 1 minute after we submitted our playoff results. If he was that obvious, or like konr said it was planned to ban him already in the early weeks of the season, I don’t get why he wasn’t banned with eg. blorg and casual but exactly yesterday, after our match.
Hope one can understand that my mates and me feel a bit trolled, we did not do anything wrong – and didn’t deserve a treatment like that. You could have waited for 1 or 2 days or, what would have been the best solution, announced it before.

If we knew about the hacks, we’d not have taken him. Ask Buffalo Bill about it, when he joined our team I talked to him about if he thinks danny is legit. AC Admin said he is. We picked him up. Now he got better, AC Admins think he hacks, end of the story.

since i played together with him years (3) ago i see him grow up as player and i was happy to see that his team and himself finaly show off what they really can do (skillwise)
danny obv. has become a badass scout and sniper and ofc some shots looks OBV now.
but all i can say is that every scout AND every decent sniper has scenes like this in his demo folder.
maybe you ask why some publish them and some not? simply because some think abotu the cool shots and some about getting banned.
if this continues like the way it is at the moment every good sniper has to watch out in future what he brings into a movie, and imo thats bullshit since most people enjoy sick frags.
danny got checked so many times and even i did with some friends. and even i dont play in prm. div i can often see if it was gamesense or it would be cheat (not saying im god or something before forum flames starting here).
imo its sad to see danny is banned but its even more sad to see people rage so hard about it, if he cheated its like that and the games cant be changed or be undone and you all should grow and and live with it.

Maybe next time the process can be more transparent… @AC simply say the teams when you have an eye on a player, where you are not sure he is cheating or not. I think most of the (real) cheaters will stop cheating and you dont have to punish the whole team!
