In september 2010, a house search done justice to the President of the Association Ad van den Berg. On 4 October 2011, during the court case against Van Den Berg demanded four years imprisonment, of which eight months conditionally for a trial period of five years. He would 150,000 photos and 7500 videos with child pornography have had in possession, of which 12,000 pictures that he was on it himself. The prosecutor called the photos "very shocking".
