– Good Personality
– Seeking an active position (therefore you've played actively recently and not coming out of retirement…)
– Have a stable connection
– Be a loyal and dependable person in the team. If you can be a war arranger that is a plus.
– Have a real passion for playing and wanting to actually work on your game (therefore take critisism without crying like a girl alol. )
Please have some experience of playing division 1 as we will prioritise trialists based on your experience. This means if
a) You are division prem/1, yay! you get a trial.
b) You are division 2, you MIGHT get a trial in a fortnight.
c) You are division 3, i'm sorry but the rent is too damn high.
Soldier (2) – Just don't be twats, hit something and show a brain please. Preferably you're already a couple and the two of you are like THAT with each other. If you're a beast heavy that is a bonus.
Scout (2) – Same as above, however we have some people already interested in the position so please don't be sad if you dont get a trial. If you can snipe thats always a bonus. (Protip: Permasnipers alt+f4)

Retsh0ck will be playing demoman and I will be medic. We work hard but we play even harder – that means you're expected to actually have a laugh during the game at times. We're very dedicated people so we will get on at you to improve your game with the team. If that's something you can handle, please don't hesitate to contact us. Aside from the seriousness we can guarantee you will enjoy yourself this season if you make the team.
Crack Clan is a multigaming organisation and provide servers, community, support and LAN should you wish to do that. They also support Crack Clan Blue, a division 3 team so if you want to have a try at mentoring or playing on your second class with some amazing people then that is always a plus.

Oh god, just not Retsh0ck… I thought i’m gonna be playing demoman???? (I own3d him in the mix yesterday h3h3)
Anyway. Psun is a very dedicated and funny person. Once the games are finished she likes to watch STV demos, talk about what the team or the players did wrong and what should the whole team/ players improve on. Also shes a good caller… So that’s a huge plus to the whole team.
Now if talking about Retsh0ck. Retsh0ck is a very funny guy too, sometimes during games he’s a bit quite when he should call more, but that’s fixable and hopefully he talks now all the time. Good that he decided to play demoman, because in my opinion he’s way way better demoman than he’s a soldier.
Crackclan multigaming organisation is also full of epic lads and they’re supporting their all teams with whatever they need…

Psun is an amazing person and brilliant leader, she helped mold cc//Blue into what it is today by teaching us basic tactics back in the day and giving all the different leaders support and advice throughout the entire time. As a friend and a person i enjoyed almost my entire time spent with Crack Clan, sometimes we clashed heads when it came to tf2 related subjects because we’re both really stubborn but anyone wishing to do extremely well with a well known organisation should definitely apply.
What can i say about Retsh0ck that you guys don’t already know? over the past year he’s become one of my best and closest online friends, i know for a fact i can trust Ret with anything i tell him and he’s an amazing person, friendly fun and always willing to mix, he’s useless at finding mercs though.
One of the best demomen, if not the best, playing the game at the moment. His aim and gamesense combined are immense.
As said above, if you think you have what it takes to push the top level of tf2, have fun whilst you do it but also be serious when needed and have the willingness to improve and take criticism then apply. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that thinks they can do it.

Retshock rapes on Demo, cc// is full of awesome people (Say hi to Dox/Holy/Jack for me :D). Psun is a nice girl, though can come over as quite vindictive/raging at times. This is almost entirely due to her wanting to improve and get a solid team, however, and is not to be taken personally. GL!

im just gonna go ahead and say this… retshock had better carry this team fucking hard if u want to be div 1. like seriously he should be getting 60% of all heals and ye u might be div 1
@flushy: why? we’re looking for 2 soldiers and 2 scouts, div1/prem level.
If we’d get div1/prem players we could easily be div1 and might even win it.
for 2on6, flushy is spot on, I’d say probs even 70% heals.
