You must be able to speak English, be over the age of 16 be willing to play at least 4 times a week and want to improve.

We can over mumble servers, a great community, tf2 servers, l4d2 servers minecraft and so on.

    on a more serious note, work needs to be done but with a fantastic group of nice people it can be done by season ten. best of luck.
