[CiC2] is looking for a full time soldier. We are currently low- heading to low.
CiC is 10 years old and although we are a 2nd team and play a lot for fun we are also very active.
What we need:
We need a sollie who is available most nights from about 8pm GMT.
Skill level can be anything from low- up as long as you are willing to play and learn with the rest of the squad.
Must be able to RJ pretty well, Dm skills welcomed and good comms.
A sense of humour and ability to not rage quit + we dont tolerate racism or any other ism.
What you get:
This is our core sollie so you get to play a lot.
We have servers for tf2/css/l4d2 and much more as our large community plays many games.
Mumble and vent servers.
Websites, irc, irc bots, forums: the whole shebang!
If you are higher level then must be able to cope with players learning around you, if lower the ability to practice and learn. English comms so if international your english should be good but we do not exclude players from any country.

The prefect place for someone who wants to play tf2 for fun!
I’ve been trying to get a team together amongst a community I’ve been a member of for a few years, but haven’t had a lot of joy and have given up trying. Instead I’m hoping I can find some similarly laid back players, who have a competitive streak, but not so much that they forget it’s a game we’re playing.
My main class of choice has always been soldier, which I normally score very well with on Pubbie servers, but given my relative inexperience, I’d class myself at a low level for competitive matches. I’m also not too bad as a medic, and I think could probably learn scout, but I just don’t have the patience for the class on pubbies so would need a lot of coaching.
Anyway I’m getting a little fed up with the game on pubbies, so if you’re looking for someone keen to learn, you’ll find nobody more willing to get into the competitive side of things than myself, and I might even end up able to do more than just make the tea at half time :)
I’m 28, from the UK, and while I work fulltime, I’m free most evenings for the foreseeable future on account of being completely skint. So if any of that sounds like what you’re looking for, give me a shout in IRC, where I’ll be idling for a few days, or just add olivercloseov to your steam friends and speak to me there.
