Seems like Casus Belli is folding, so I am on the look for a team. For any more information add me on steam.
I was playing vs some solid div2 teams and, I think, I did well, but I haven't played in any official higher div4, but got promoted to div3. As I won Albert's cup Im div2
You should be:
Non-raging
Keen
Playing 3/4 days a week
Great atmosphere within the team
Good comms

    I’d say he is pretty good, especially his aim with nades. According to the current division system, I’d rate him being good enough for div 2.
