Grimm likes real life of a sudden so he'll be moving to backup very very soon.
– What we want from you –
Be able to play in div 2/3 competently
Be able to speak English VERY (see: VERY) well
No rage
Be able to play from Sunday through 'til Thursday at 8CET for 3-4 games (preferably more)
– What we can offer you –
Mumble server(s)
War server(s)
Support from idk?
A friendly and fun bunch of guys
3 hackers in one team (Fake, Jukebox and Phytek)
probably more but I forget.
Searching for div 2 rather than div 2/3 because we want to ideally play div 2 by the time the season comes around. If you don't think we're able to get to div 2 by then, I don't give a shit, don't bother posting.
Add konr on steam to ask for trials.

So, all I read out of that was:
You can’t adapt to new play styles.
You make a lot of excuses.
People can’t judge you and your team from having play against them.
Twice you were playing badly against us, even overextending with your actually medic, so no excuse there.
You can’t comm as a team or individual.
And when you do listen, you do so blindly and can’t adapt to the situation.
You dived 5 people then DIDN’T get out when you had the chance.

Anyways as I said seem like nice people worth a look into.

We’re a new team and we make mistakes now and then. Bit of inconsistency as a team, so please don’t blame it just on me :) As for the time you came in and I ‘dived on you’, I saw a x2 on the point when I looked down (split second when some pulled off to kill jukebox I think) and the mumble was silent, so I ran into Z and suddenly there was a x6. People make mistakes and get unlucky, stop judging me on a few fucking situations. The players wouldn’t have joined if they didn’t think I was capable enough to play with them.

It just annoys me that they’re going to such a fucking length to tell potential trialists shit when they have 2 fucking terrible games to back it up. Stop judging one fucking player in a team when you don’t know any of the reasons.

So the team loses a few games against teams they maybe shouldn’t lose against, or maybe the teams they lose to are better than they’re currently rated? Does it really matter in the end? Leave them in peace to trial people, and stop waving your raging e-boners around because they’re challenging the status quo or some bullshit…

Jesus christ this is fucking retarded. They open a rec post to find a Medic and they get about 60-65 replies that all amount to “lolkonrbad” and contribute absolutely NOTHING. Said rec post is then removed and reposted (since the previous one had become pointless) and people start telling him he shouldn’t have taken it down. Bad results can come from all kinds of reasons and are not necessarily the consequence of a single player no matter how much you’d like it to be.
Grow the fuck up and leave them alone. Worst case scenario: they fold and you get to say “I told you so”. Best case scenario, they don’t and a strong new div2 team has formed. Until then let them work on their team in peace.

Just to clarify, I’m not saying that you guys will necessarilly fold, or that I hope you do. I was just pointing out to konr that he’s severely inexperienced compared to everyone else.

konr is actually dedicated to improving, has the correct ambition to learn, just needs to make sure he doesn’t get annoyed while in the learning process.
really don’t know much about the rest of the team except juke is a sick solly and sniper and phy is a good demo and an amusing fellow.

I just wanted to say that the reason why I am going more onto you is for two reasons.
The first is that you are the weakest player in your team, end of. It is nothing to be ashamed of. There was one correct answer when all this start and you failed to give it:
I am the weakest player on ym team, but I am trying to improve, the rest of my team is helping and I think that I will soon be up to stratch. Any medic who is looking to join will understand this I hope.
This would have caused it to stop and, personally, given me much more respect to you.
But the main reason why I am doing this is the hypocrisy that you present. You went on other people’s recruitment post and did the same thing I did, without the justification of having played against them. I personally think that is one of the worse traits a person can have. The problem with you then become an admin is that you are meant to represent the best part of our community. Like Spike, he has only done positive things for this community and thus he is a great admin.
So there you go. Although I am sure you are a nice guy, like the rest of your team, that is the reasons why I did this. I also don’t want to see another team fold, with players who then have to look for another team before next season, thus potentially robbing another team and themselves of fun.

You’d have to find a pretty ballsy guy to trial for this team with this shit on your background. Konr’s got what we here at ‘We Made Matt Co.’ call Matt syndrome. It’s a constant urge to get better at pixel based target practice, trough hard work. But rather than work hard for your reward (Like for example Quad, who most certainly deserve it, has) he works towards his goal trough going on the inside. Of the butt. On people. Getting somewhere trough getting known as a nice guy and a friendly chap. Except this is where Matt more-or-less succeeded, Konr ended up in some unlucky situations, getting a bad reputation. If you love drama and being good at TF2, this is the team for you.
