Hello everybody!
As Paradigm folded and the trials I had didn't really work out the way I hoped they would – I'm now looking for a team! I'm considering creating my own team and mentoring once again, but I'm not quite sure if I can bring up the time to. That's why I've decided to do one of the worst things a (wo)man can do (and something only desperate people do) (and attention whores, take your pick!): I made a recruitment topic!
So, I'm looking for a team to join as… well, anything but demoman really. Started picking up soldier in the last weeks of Paradigm, but played medic to a div 1/2 standard, as well as scout some time ago. Scout would definitely require some time for me to get back into, but I'm quite sure I can play that role if you need me to :)
In short, I'm looking for:
– A 6v6 team, preferably stable and established.
– As high up as possible, as I still have the will to play high level tf2.
– A team with people who can speak proper English!
– A team that'd like to attend LANs at some point.
– Players who can put up with someone who loves casting from time to time.
About me:
– 20 years old Dutch tf2 player.
– I have experience at a high/reasonable level of tf2 since the beta.
– Someone who knows tactics and can maincall if needed.
– A caster who still loves to become the very best at that.
– I like cookies.

Right, that's about it I guess. After I got removed from TF2TV and as I'm not involved with VanillaTV I'm open to start playing proper fulltime again instead of casting. However, if offered the chance, I'd most likely cast instead of play. Guess only time will tell!

Nice guy, good player, good gamesense! Simple as that, can play the level he’s looking for
Ragequit more than half of the games I played against him, even one where he was winning. easily annoyed, his medic skill deterioriated from ‘how’s he still alive’ to ‘medic down-zzzz’ when things didn’t go right.
I quite like this guy ! good luck :)
imo you should let him play as a full time scout. Great aim when in shape (i’m 100% sure he will be back to his best form in 2-3 weeks) and superb gamesense. What’s more important he is an awesome, fun and very intelligent guy to hang out with.
Personally i love Pledge, and i think he deserves top d1.

Pledge is a defensive player. Nothing wrong with that, but if you’re looking to take him as medic I’d make sure you’ve got defensive-minded players already. When you have those though you’ll have a Medic that’ll fit right in. Mindset aside he’s easily got the gamesense and skills for div1 on Medic.
His strongest point @ Scout is BY FAR his ability to stay alive. I’ve never seen a Scout with less deaths than he has, he’s got the extraordinary ability to stay alive in situations where anybody else would’ve died already. Give him a Scoutpartner that can frag well and you’ll have yourself a very versatile Scout duo.
I really think those are the classes he should stick to, probably Scout more than Medic. His comms and gamesense is all top notch regardless of his class. Good luck!
