After a brilliant run, our long time scout buddy, Swift, has decided to go onto pastures anew after our first week official tonight.
We are looking for a scout who has
-Fluent English
-Great sense of humour & Sportmanship
-Div 5 or above skill, with experience (1 season with a Div5+ team minimum)
-Is active 5-6/7 days a week for around 4 maps a day
-Can give and take criticism and improve on it
-Can understand calls like 'Welly' and 'Got Tits' in a thick Austrian Accent
-Can understand how to use the mumble whisper function
-Wants to be part of a big community like IDK
-Dedicated

Swift and Apollon were a great scout pair. The bar is quite high. Last time when I was in the team and we looked for a scout, it took us two weeks so be patient with your trials and give Chaplain time to sort out the trials.
Many people underestimate these guys. If these guys work on their ego issues (which Chaplain is trying to fix everyday). They are easily top div4!

@Perm, individual DM doesn’t matter, does it? It is how you utilize it as a team.
@hz, obviously it matters, its the thing which makes or breaks a round when in e.g. a 1v1 when everybody else is down. team pushes rarely work out the way they’re planned to. there’s also the psychological effect, if someone has good DM the enemy team is often demoralised and doesn’t play up to their full potential.

Wouldn’t agree with perm that our dm is not particularly good or whatever; I think everyone apart from me has strong dm. Still, I’m sure all triallees can decide for themselves!
