  Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Hey, I'm looking for a div 3/4 team that is looking for a scout. Preferably an established team but I don't mind too much about joining a new team assuming you can promise not to fold within a week/month of forming, I've already had enough of that with my previous teams.
Now, according to my history I only played at around division 5 but most of the time I was able to carry the team and most of the time either top-score-frag-win or simply get the right kills on the right targets at the right time. Plus I've stayed on that level for much too long now and definitely need to move up a notch (This is due to higher teams than div 5 not recruiting when I begin looking.)(Also trialed for the now folding TC div 3 team and was not able to get an answer but most of the time once I got into my gaming pants, I managed to get around 2nd,3rd or 4th place in scoreboard whilst getting the right kills on the enemy targets.

Playstyle:
– Prefer playing fairly aggressive, I go valley for badlands so if I'm not allowed to do that then it's no good for me. ( It would take some time to get used to going top) This way I get the kills, the calls and the action that quite often can lead to a victory/nice push.
– Not strictly aggressive, even though it's my usual playstyle, I won't be disagreeing with the team when asked to fall back into defensive positions unless I'm sure I can get a pick on one of the more important classes from their line-up.

Me:
– I have been in a numerous amount of teams in the past and most of them folded soon after I joined. So if you can promise me not to be yet another folding team, I can assure you that I'll be a loyal dog to the team.
– Most of the teams I was in were division 5 but I am usually on top of score boards and getting the right kills for our team to be able to advance and definitely believe that I play at around div 3/4 skill level.
– Active every day. I may sometimes go out with my friends but other than that after 3pm gmt on weekdays, I can be online and ready for anything. On weekdays I can be on from whenever I wake up to whenever I'm needed upto.
– A friendly,enthusiastic and funny person. I usually love some humour going on in the VoIP and in worst case scenario, I bring in my own little jokes into the chat to brighten everyones day ( or make it gloomier) and encourage them to join in with me. Not to mention I am always willing to play a game and have a chat with people.
– Not a rager. I may sometimes say how horrible I was or how unbelievable a kill against me was but I will never vent my anger/depression towards other members and mostly rarely ever into VoIP at all. So even though I rarely get completely angry, I would usually not release it onto other members of the team.
– Possibly lannable if really wanted to :>

What I expect from you:
– A friendly bunch of mature guys who can keep their act together during important moments.
– Non-ragers. Raging is never really enjoyable and I really prefer to be in a team where people don't rage. I don't mind the swear word when you die and such, but I don't want there to be rage directed towards other people/completely going out of your mind having to tell everyone about it. Not fun.
– Sociable people, I like to hang around and have a chat with other people so it'd be great if people were willing to take a moment to have a chat. (community spirit, eh? =D)
– Clear comms. I don't mean to be offensive to anyone, but I don't exactly enjoy listening to someone mumbling calls like they have something up their throat when they talk, 1: It makes me unable to understand you and 2: It can kill a push if someone is mumbling in mumble.
– Willingness to improve with some amount of games a day and tactics sessions every now and then.
