Hello there!
We are eSrael, an israeli team that's currently playing in div1 @ ETF2L.
Techtron left and we're now looking for a medic. Nivzeh left as well, and we recruited Mike instead him as a soldier.

Vladi, true, you are div3, BUT at least you have some expirience playing higher levels than that in your past. I got people adding me after playing seasons in div4 and mercing for div2/3 teams, saying they have potential.
THAT is what I’m not interested in :P

I think in case of the medic u really could give someone with potential a chance – of course you wont get the game-carrying calls from him in the first game, but from what ive experienced, when getting thrown into the deep waters of (old) div2 as a medic, while being a solid div5 player, was that you learn fascincating quickly, when u put the right amount of pressure on yourself and have good and experienced players around you. the movement/dodging/not dropping ubers you will simply pick up very fast to avoid flame and rage from your teammates and in tactical matters you will hold yourself back in the beginning, but depending from your intelligence you will pick the things up very fast.
Like I said – IF your team is tactically experienced and friendly.
I guess neither of those two qualities can be doubted, in your guys case.

Well Vladi, I couldn’t agree with you more about that. I still require a certain minimum though, ain’t gonna trial some div4/3 guys that has potential ( we really are looking and hoping to win div1 and I’m quite sure we can do it with the right roster ).
And if you wrote that post because you’re interested in trial or anything like that, you’re more than welcomed adding me to steam and have a little chat :>

Wait, wasn’t that you offering some of you friends (a splendid div6 guy) in all of the div2 recruitment posts, with an excuse that you “think” he can handle the mentioned level? And yet you don’t want to give a chance to some div3/4 guy? Nice consistent thinking.

Well ups, there is this slight difference between the cases.
I recommend players, not saying “omg you have to take him!!1oneone”.
Also, I recommend players that I’ve got to play with them against div2 teams for example, and know them for a while ( just a side note: I also say the truth about players, check SorroW’s thread for example or Skaz’s team ).
Also, I got people that played in div4 saying they played MIXES in div2/3 ( NOT division 1 ) asking me to trial. So no, I won’t even try those kind of people.
BUT, on the other hand, I also got players that played div3 only and has potential that I do know about them, and I am giving them a chance.
So please, don’t start this flame war or w/e shit on this thread, and stop looking for my msgs so you can “drop dem bombs” at me.

and ups, if you are talking about Invest, he is defenetly div , he just played with me like a week in a upc which there history somehow was division 6, but we were div 3 top\low2.

@ p0le, First of all, it wasn’t only Invest to begin with. And retshock consistently spammed different topics with people that would probably waste the team’s time. It was a bit annoying to see that, looking at his skill-police’ing on non-Jewish players.
No offense, but there is absolutely no proof that your div 6 team had any decent results officially before folding. And seeing how every team you were in folded before actually finishing a single season the dedication of the players in those teams is questionable. Even if we assume, that your team was at the mentioned level, that guy played there for only a week. Additionally, and believe you me, I am really sorry to say this, but you are in no position to accurately judge the level of the player above division 4, or so it would seem.
@ retShock, this is no attempt to start a flame war, just pointing out a few things. No need to get butt hurt because of some truth thrown in the mix. And I didn’t look for your messages, I got messaged by evokje, who gave me a link to this thread with some appropriate comments regarding you mentioning you wish to see no lower div players querying you.That just made me laugh so hard, I decided I might as well wish you good luck with your search.

As i see stupidity crossed another line im gonna explain few things:
the things we say about the israeli players are mostly true as we match out allot
due to pickups,most of the israeli players has amazing dm skills but just not enough game-sens to get in div2,and thats sad.
most of the “div3-1” israeli players got a chance in our team,as we know ourselves they
are all capable players (see p0le,Invest,Baribur,seduce etc.) they all got a chance in our team but unfortunately they didn’t fit our play style,even tho they were good enough
so please cut the bullshit and get your facts right before trying to flame and go play some tf2 instead of qq in forums.

@ Taimou, nah, not really. I wish them spaniards good luck, and if they really found a medic that fits their game-style, well thats pretty cool. That being said, it would be nice that Gamerzone would actually find a medic that can actually read and understand the point of the posts written, and maybe a bit less ego to try and self-center the topic, but meh. And no, I am quite calm actually :)
@ Nivzeh, there are a lot of people out there that have amazing dm skills, and not enough gamesense. And a lot of them might be capable of playing higher, but they just lack something (be that experience or something else). And looking as you yourself prove my point by saying those guys are just like that with that aggressively written post of yours: «but unfortunately they didn’t fit our play style», it blows my mind to see these constant commercial posts here and there.
There is an additional (and minor) factor that you seem to forget: English comms. You guys trial your players in your own language environment, but I do think that most of them would lack English comms at the specified level. But let us focus on something else instead.
Its all about having double standarts for Jewish and non-Jewish players. Suggesting some random esraely guy that failed a trial for your team, and would probably fail the trial for another high div team due to, for example, language limitations, and then immediately fucking up some random dudes with your skill-police’ing (this has to be an official word now) is what makes me curious.
This is no bullshit, nor is this stupid, nor am I crying, get your facts straight yourself about what those words mean. I wont play tf2 while waiting for the exam results on my laptop in my uni, but thanks for the advice :D Have a nice day as well.

Let me ‘refresh’ something.
If we’d wanted to get a div3/2 guy that has potential, we’d get an israeli guy ( since we know them better + israeli comms ). Seeing as most of them are better than our trialists as well, we don’t want to compromise on a div2 medic, otherwise we would’ve taken p0le :).
About the language limitations, sure, lots of israelies has the english of a russian ( burn ) but in fact I recommend people who I KNOW can handle / should be able to handle that specific division, skill wise / english wise. You haven’t even played with most of them, so what gives you the right to judge about their language abilities?
About my “skill police’ing”, I still think I’m right, and I’m waiting for people like Matt to prove me wrong and show me that he joined a div1 team :).
I still can’t understand what do you have to do with any of this, no one was talking / refering to you in any of the cases, and what I’m asking for my trialists is my own business.
I honestly doubt you have played with them using English comms as well, not for a long time at least, so I’ll give myself the benefit of doubting your language experience even if it really does exist.

I don’t understand your post, I offered a player I’ve played with before and I think is good. He’s just being modest but he can definitely handle div 1/prem with the right team.
