Mid- Skill, 6v6

I\'m a dutch demoman looking for a decent top div5 or low-mid div 4 team. I\'m looking for this skill cause i don\'t wanna play div6 again, this was way to easy.
I can play each day after 6PM (sometimes on Saturday). I think i have a decent game sense, but maybe i have to train my aim a little bit again cause of playing starcraft 2 beta to much lately. Most people that know me, say i rage 24/7. Well they overreact a little bit ^^, i just prefer people that say how they think about me or something instead of getting backstabbed later on. Just try me out, and i will show you i can be a nice decent player :) .
You should have a war server and mumble ventrilo.
Don\'t add me if you are a new team that\'s together for 5 days and didn\'t even played 1 season yet, cause i don\'t wanna end up having a team that quits 2 days before S8.

A few things I feel I should mention…
He doesn’t rage THAT much, but he does rage, when he does he won’t talk at all. If you are looking for a game, you must have a game and people on mumble before he joins.
One major point which led to us kicking him out is his attitude, he will be rude and flame anyone, he will flame and abuse the opponents giving you a bad reputation, he will flame your team as well.
He was in my team for almost 200 days? He’s a good demo man and knows what he’s doing, having said that he isn’t a very nice person, not ONCE has he said to anyone in our team, good job, well done etc.
I won’t deny, he’s a good player, but my god the guy can be a complete prick at times, as a team we had a chat and decided that it would be best for him to leave as his raging was causing to many problems for us and completely destroyed any morale the team has.
He can be a decent player, has good game sense, his comms are rather shit, sometimes he will just talk in ingame chat then in mumble.
He also raged because we tried running a heavy, he doesn’t like playing new maps either.
tl;dr good player, but a complete prick and a incredibly rude person.
Also his backstabbing comment is down to me putting up a recruitment post for a demo without telling him that he was out of the team, Why did I do this? Simple, why should I be polite and nice to him if he isn’t to our team?
