Lost Horizons

I am forming a long-running team to play in the low division in the upcoming season!
Right now, I'm looking for both main and substitute players to allow more daily matches and use fewer mercs.
If you get the substitute position, don't worry about being unable to play. I will increase the number of matches we do per week to allow everyone to play evenly.

I'm stern; but cooperative; I won't accept destructive behaviors but welcome healthy team-building habits.

You are greatly welcomed if you hold these qualities:
– You are a player, confident enough in defeating open at your current level of experience.
– You offer good constructive criticism to your team members when needed.
– You independently work on improving yourself.
– You are goal-focused; you want to achieve greatness.

I will not be interested if you have these behaviors:
– You have an unstable connection often.
– You have a too shy voice, don't have a microphone, or can't speak English.
– You tend to disrupt comms or complain.
– You ghost the team; you fail to inform the team about being late or not showing up.
– You put yourself above others.

Trialing includes 1-3 games on separate days, where our team evaluates whether you are compatible with our team!
