    A decent amount of experience and a decent skill level. Honestly he is good at tf2, understands team work, is decent enough to do his job consistently.

    None of that is why you pick him though, his personality is freaking amazing, so honestly, if his decent level of skill ain’t enough, he is an amazing person and will make any team better by being part of it.
