I think I made a bit of progress dm-wise as I play more 6s (destroying div4 teams with my div5 team :-D).
I'm watching PoV and demos when I'm bored. I'm also watching streams regularly.

I haven’t played with Miss Taylor in a while, and will therefore not comment on that subject. But for his personality, I can say that he is lovely. He’s such a good friend of mine and I’ve enjoyed many entertaining conversations and derp-moments with this cute player. He’s serious about his demoman as far as I’m concerned, and I know that he does work hard to improve. He’s committed, friendly, fun overall and he deserves to be given a shot in whatever division he sees himself fit.

Won’t disagree with anything else though. Not questioning his skills or personality but I don’t see much commitment, at least regarding his former teams.

I’m talking about his personality – I don’t care for what a website tells me. I’m talking about him as a human being, and I’m trying to enlighten team leaders in his personality, the way I know him. I know him as a committed and passionate person, some data on a website containing history about his former teams and history is not as enlightening in my book. By all means, if you don’t see him as a committed person then peace out. My point is that you shouldn’t mark him by the data this site gives you. Please do care enough to befriend him and get to know him before you go head over heels saying he’s not committed.
It’s not just based on what the site says, dont worry honey. I don’t go around saying things like that unless I’ve experienced the opposite. If you want me to go into detail I can, but I doubt taylor would appreciate that.

Don’t take it as a personal offense, please. Taylor is committed in many ways, wether that may be improving his DM or getting into higher divisions. But in terms of teams it’s just not the same – wether he joins or makes them, you loose once or twice and he’s gone (mid official as well).
That’s been the case so far, and maybe he has changed. But I still feel like whoever picks him up should know.

Yeah because I should totally stick with a team which is not keen on improving. Maybe that makes me look bad but I assume it. I rather get no medals than play in a div and loose every single matches.

I overrate myself? I have logs of me doing good against div 1/2 teams, can provide them to any possible recruiters by private messages. Rages more than you? That’s not possible and I never actually raged in front of anyone except that one official I ragequitted because it was aids. “Not keen in any way” Apart from uec which was ages go, how can you say that? I feel like I am doing the community a favour by telling people to not recruit you.
Also you didn’t really teach anyone from UEC anything lol.
Not to mention you couldn’t actually accept criticism yourself or consider it from another persons perspective.
I.E: When we told you not to rage at the team every time something doesn’t go exactly your way it wasn’t because we don’t actually want to try or some bs like that. The problem was that you cluttered the comms with a load of shit and generally created a terrible atmosphere.
I feel like I speak for most of the old UEC members when I say that having you in our team comms made it incredibly hard to focus on the actual game. Especially when you get mad when people don’t listen to your every word while you talk way too much about irrelevant things.
The fact that this hasn’t penetrated your thick skull yet only further confirms you don’t actually take in criticism.

I’m not sure whether you’re lying or confusing me with someone else but at the time of uec my mic was extremely bad (I changed it since as I also improved on my comms even though I still have to work on them) and people were telling me they couldn’t actually hear me and that was an issue (several people complained to boggz). So how can you tell that I was “raging” if other people couldn’t hear me at all because of my mic’s quality?!!!!! This makes no sense at all. I’m actually confused there! But I agree on the comms being a massive clusterfuck.
As for criticisms I never heard anything from you or someone else, all I remember was one map talk where me and bacon talked about positioning tactics and we weren’t agree on it but that’s about it. I would have actually loved some criticisms but all the time we spent on maptalks were to teach people where to stand and hold rather than focusing on what some people personally did wrong or not.
Please do add me if you want to talk more about that because we’re only polluting that post right now.
