* Before more people say I can't do Div 3, may I point out that in my last two rec posts for HL Div 3 and 6s Div 4, people threw tantrums and said I couldn't do it. I then ended up playing in teams in those divisions which finished Top 3 ^^ *
Hi there! Have spent the past two ETF2L 6s seasons on rotation Medic in Div 4 (that means I've focused more on Highlander but still played half the officials and a lot of scrims with my 6s team) with Get This Done. We finished 3rd last season and will finish top three this season too. I feel like letting Highlander take a back seat next season. I've played a lot of mixes at Div 3 level (as well as plenty of scrims these past two seasons at Div 4) and feel comfortable playing at that level. Clear and confident status comms. Next season, I'm able to play everyday bar Sundays & Mondays from 20 CET onwards. I'd like to find a team who are as willing to play/maptalk/demo review as much as me.

Awful lot of bias in this recruitment post. Pretty nice person to talk to, though drama seems to follow her like a fly on shit. Needs to learn to admit when other people are right and she is wrong, an important aspect of competitive. She can paly medic well, but only when she has someone to hold her hand. All in all, I’d say about Div 4, but not Div 3. Though, there’s not much of a difference with Medic. Don’t be lured into the trap and pick her up just because she’s a grill.
Good rollout/general heals. Positioning could be better. Needs to be less forward on calling out people underperforming. Good luck.

Fairly solid understanding of the game and features of it, but I think needs to loosen up a little. From what I’ve played with her in UGC 6’s, her positioning is ok but could be better and her dodging, too, leaves a lot to be desired. I’d say given the right patient pocket she could do fairly well in div 4, but probably needs to accept some criticisms in order to rise higher through the divs, and not get her ego too big for the team. Overall decent medic div 3 may be a little push but give her a go, she might excel with the right team also you’ll be getting yourself a 11 kittens / 10 organiser! Best of luck in finding good team!

Mia and I are on a first-name basis and believe me, she is very a friendly and keen sunshine.
For me, she was one of the greatest persons with whom I could ever have an amazing talk with.
I am absolutely sure that in a decend team she will be like a glimmering nexus that will change the life of everyone and will continue to affect the environment around her by putting a lot of spirit and beautifulnes in to the hearts of her teammates.
What is more important, she is not one of these girls like LuLu(Maria), which sets the whole team in to the quarrels and destroys it in the meanwhile.

In terms of skill, Mia is a very hardworking cuttie which always inspects her demos and works on her mistakes. I am definitely sure that she will do great in d4 or d3 team, furthermore, she has a name to conjure with and definitely deserves a chance to at least have a try to trial for a decend team. With her keen attitude she will improve rapidly, I am definitely sure!

I’ve played pocket with her for the about half a year and during this time I feel she has improved greatly, to a point where I feel she could play D3 and do reasonable.
Her heals are generally good and gamesense is decent. However she needs to control her nerves in officials, be a little more diplomatic and care less about how many times she dies.
She would be better suited with a pocket who comms clearly where they are going, as she can hesitate with pushing, especially without uber.
Overall, sad to see her split with us and wish her luck.

Mia is a good medic who can manage div4. I personally think div3 is a bit of a push, but she is very keen and has a lot of support/practices frequently, so could see her getting to a div3 level. Can have some attitude issues in and out of game, but overall a very lovely person to play games with.

Mia is a great person despite what other people say. Then don’t care to get to know her.
I started playing comp same time with Mia back in season 8 of UGC steel. I do not know how she plays these days, she is much higher than my current league and therefore I don’t get to play much with her. Her gamesense has improved insanely and she’s got such an amazing personality and she’s charismatic. Mia is a good player and above div4 in 6v6 in my complete honest opinion.
She improves extremely fast. Pick her up, even if you don’t think she’s quite div3 yet. She’ll show up next day all up-to-date and completely be a div3 medic. Good luck to you Mia, forever PPP queen.

Could probably manage. Truth is medic is easy rode to high divs. Has potential to make loud noises in the place of calls when under direct threat/surprise.
Is a nice person, keen as a bean and would be welcome to most teams personality wise.
If open to constructive criticism would have no major issues at the level I would think.
Worth a trial at least, what’s the worst that could happen? Well unless you’ve got guys on the roster who go a bit OMG TITS and then have to try to play with a raging boner because they heard a girl on mumble. Because really doing anything with a raging boner that doesn’t involve releasing the tension really isn’t conducive to the task.

How many times have you traveled an hour and a half just to pcw for your team from a chinese bakery, enduring the humiliating stares from the cs kids and dotards as they laugh at you playing a children’s game. As much as he laughs at nerds, he’s one of the keenest people to play this game. One of the QTest too. He’s one of the few medics who actually worked for his position, unlike others I could name.

I’ve never played 6s with her and I’m too inexperienced to comment on it even if I had, but I just wanted to leave a comment about her character.
More than a year ago I played with her in a pub and had never heard of her before (or any TF2 people really). My name happened to be Mia Wallace at the time, so I was joking about wanting to fight her to the death, there could be only one Mia. I added her later because secretly I have a Mia collection going. We talked every now and then and she has been nothing but kind and sweet to me. So if you’ve never talked to her before, you might just want to judge her based on your own experience, instead of going by what others say. It’s video games you want to play, not to re-enact high school.
