Spy  Div 2/Div 3 Skill, Highlander

I used to play in BoS as a main spy and now I'm looking to play as a main spy in div 4. Our last season was div 4 and I feel like I may be able to even join div 3. I can say with confidence that I will do my part as a spy and quite well, mind you.
