Medic searching for a team for 6v6.

I've played some mixes and lobbies and got around 500-600 hours of tf2 150~ of them as medic, and I'm now looking to join a team to grow and develop better gamesense with.
I'm available from around 19:00 each night. GMT+1.
I've got a mic, am fluent in english and all that jazz.

What I'm looking for isn't necessarily the best team out there as I'm new to the comp scene but a team willing to practice and get better, as a team. 3-5 nights of play a week is preferred.
