Need a pocket soldier and all-rounder backup for s13

Soldier:
-Mature
-DM skill
-Gamesense (more important than DM)
-Willing to improve

All-rounder:
-mature
-decent DM skill with all classes
-gamesense
-d4 experience
-not whining about backup spot :)

Sit n Go:
-war/mumble server
-Good community
-2nd team
-a lot of games/mixes/other stuff
