Hey there
SIR are a newly formed Div 4 team, we are not really sure where to put ourselves when it comes to divisions as of yet, but we tend to win against div 5 and 4 teams.

What we want from you:
– Confident English speaker (we communicate entirely in English)
– Age 16+
– Comp HL experience as medic
– Good gamesense, we are looking for a main caller as well as a medic, so you need to have experience with this sort of play. You must be confident in your calling from day 1.
– Able to take/give constructive criticism, as i said we are a newly formed team so we need you to be able to take constructive criticism from us and give the same back to the team as a whole.
– No rage, we have a very good atmosphere as a group of friends as well as a team, and ragey people tend to disrupt that, especially medics.
– You need to be available for scrims on Monday thursday and sunday evenings, this includes being available for officials whenever they are. We do try to make the officials on these days though.

What we can give you:
– Mumble server with people chatting in it 24/7 (we use the Kritzkast server but have a private room in it for games)
– Match Server
– Fun and friendly atmosphere with a great group of people
– A team that is always looking to improve (we regularly criticise each other and will start analysing demos as soon as we get a med!)
