As we arrive into the third week of this 14th ETF2L Highlander Season, Feila eSports slim shady edition will square up against Tourettes Chessclub in a gimmick fueled fight to the death on everyone’s favourite Highlander map: cp_steel.

Tourettes Chessclub, a team with nobled recognition throughout the seasons has been off to a less than desirable start, currently only holding 2 points after the first two weeks. Any hope of attaining playoffs and having a chance to retake their crown lies on them taking some wins in the upcoming weeks. With former Sniper Nate leaving the roster and old teammate Deox rejoining the ranks, the future can go either way for Tourettes Chessclub.

Conversely, Feila eSports have set off this season with mixed results. While taking a defeat to the current champions, Super Dickmann's KANNONEN!, they were able to take a decisive victory against Lucrosa in their second week, redeeming the start of their season. As far as the roster goes, they continue to stay unified and strong. However, if there is one map which can be unreliable, it’s cp_steel, so perhaps we’ll be seeing some mixed up and abstract strategy coming out from both teams to “out-gimmick” the other.

Staff changes

We’re happy to announce that we have two trials that have succeeded their trial period. We welcome  Collaide and  thaZu to the Anticheat ranks. We look forward to working with you both in the future.

Lazybear Will be stepping down to regular AC staff due to time commitments, and as such we are promoting  MIGHTY BURGER ツ to take up the AC Senior position and lead the team. Salutations and golf claps are in order.

Tonight, the veteran Highlander squad Feila eSports slim shady edition will go head to head with rising power-team Lucrosa. Feila goes back a long way, with esport couple Hutchy and Leila leading the charge each season without failure. Despite a defeat in the first week to the strongest seeded team SDCK, their roster remains promising, with previous premiership winner and sniper of the season cloudy joining the ranks alongside fresh and promising players such as mezzo and Strno who have stepped up considerably in the later seasons and shown the world that they have what it takes to be the very best in the scene.

Likewise, Lucrosa have already proved themselves as a force not to be reckoned with. After taking a Golden Cap Win against Tourettes Chessclub in the first week, they pose a bigger threat to the premiership tables than perhaps expected initially. Last week we saw the likes of demoman Bob Bami and sniper andrew demolish their competition, and no doubt they will be giving Feila a run for their money tonight.

With both teams possessing potential for a playoff spot this season, the stakes have never been higher! Tonight at 21:15 CET, KritzKast will be covering all the action as these two titans battle it out on Gullywash and Product. The first Grand Finals participant for ETF2L S28 will be chosen tonight with this UB Final between 1st seed SVIFT and 2nd seed LEGO!
These teams are about as close as it gets, with only one point (not counting penalities) separating them on the ETF2L table. When they met in the regular season, the match ended in a draw, with SVIFT taking Snakewater 5-2 before losing Sunshine 4-3, despite having Domo mercing for LEGO. This would be the first time these two teams met with their full rosters, but (un)fortunately? we might see somewhere around seven mercs… or was it Se7en mercs? Whatever the case, this will be yet another exciting playoffs match, so be sure to tune in!
Casters will be TurboTabs and Ombrack, with Nicell on production!
