ETF2L Season 14 powered by Twitch Premiership Continues

Season 14 continues with yet another gift from the TF2 Gods; Premiership champions European Epsilon eSports seek to do battle with bottom feeders International Doctrinal in what could be an effortless pounding or an exquisite upset this early in the season. Epsilon have been going from strength to strength after their total domination of the last few events and are by far the favourites to take tonight’s game, however the quickly improving Doctrinal have some recently received a tidy shipment of fresh blood and not many pundits knows what to expect of them. Doctrinal certainly have their fair share of big names, boasting luminaries such as the yank roaming legend USA Harbleu and Israeli FIFA Aficionado Israel Retshock, but whether these big names can compare to the kind of calibre Epsilon are offering remains to be seen.

VAC Bans

Date January 24, 2013

Following tradition established last summer, any player with a VAC ban affecting Team Fortress 2 will receive a league ban, regardless of circumstances of the VAC ban. As such, these players are now banned from all ETF2L competitions:

cho – 1 year (Alt: choey)
fragtex – 1 year
Yarzz – 1 year (Alt: Shaft)
rufy – 1 year
boomeh – 11 months*
*boomeh reported his own VAC ban to admins in December

All of these players’ Season 14 matches have been changed to a default loss. Replaying is possible only if the opponent agrees.

Any attempt to circumvent a ban will result in extended bans on all accounts associated with you. Don’t do it.

ETF2L Season 14 Premiership Begins

Anticipation and Trepidation are united in a furious frenzy as Season 14 begins in earnest, featuring a fixture that promises all the alluring excitement we’ve come to expect from the ETF2L Premiership division. A reconstructed European BFF are the favourites to triumph tonight, however European Quarantine have no intention of going down without a fight and it’s very feasible that they could wreck all hopes UK Kaidus‘s merry men can muster at challenging the top echelons of ETF2L’s Premiership division.

BBall Cup #5 by Tt eSPORTS now LIVE

Date January 19, 2013

Time to hit the court!

Reload your Rocket Launchers Gentlemen, things are getting serious!

As some of you might have noticed the BBall Divisions went live today in the early morning – which means we are good to go!
There are about 180 teams participating all split up in 32 divisions which means most will have 6 teams while some will only have 5. You should be playing at least 1 game per week to get it done before the final deadline which is February 10th.
As it has been a bit more than a week since the announcement you might have forgotten the deadline / default dates or anything else related to the Cup – as always you can look up the details on the Cup’s Hub page!

A few reminders and clarifications

  • Only stop playing when the game has officially stopped. If the game gives you an overtime – play!
  • If the game ended in a draw in the group stage you do not play a golden cap – Draws are possible!
  • If you can not play on your given default date please contact your opponent as fast as you can and leave a post on the match page. You are free to reschedule to any date before February 10th
  • Since this is a 2v2 competition you will have at least 1 (main) player to play all the matches with his second player being from the roster. Anything else will be considered a merc and needs to be allowed by the opponents (if the main player is missing his replacement is considered a merc even if it’s a player from the roster!)

Additional prize

Tt eSports generously throws in an additional Tt eSPORTS Knucker

Can’t wait to get your hands on it?

The next BBall related newspost will contain more information on how you will be able to win this one.
