    Dear teams,

The team Legit Smokers was found out to have used a player that was not approved to play by the team Biscuit.

1.4 Two mercenaries allowed by default and up to 3 mercenaries if the opponent agrees

All mercs have to be registered on ETF2L.

Two mercenaries are allowed by default and up to 3 mercenaries are allowed if the opposing team agrees. In order for your mercenary to be allowed by default, he cannot be more experienced than the maximum allowed in the cup unless if he is a medic. Experience in other leagues is included. Opponents can allow exceptions. To use more than two mercenaries, you will need specific approval from the opponent for them.

As an addition, team Legit Smokers was found out to pause the game without the approval of enemy team, but team Biscuit did not approve the pause as it was mentioned and found out by a player of team Biscuit. As of this team Biscuit get a minor warning for declining the pause request.

3.9 Teams may request a pause if problems occur

If you need to pause, you must clearly request a pause and give a reason for it (for example: “Pause please, player drop”). The other team is then required to pause at the first appropriate time (e.g. not in the middle of a push). Teams must pause within 15 seconds of being asked. Not responding to a pause request will lead to penalties like a minor warning accompanied with the forfeit of the round in question, or, in extreme cases, a major warning and forfeit of the map.

You may not resume the game under any circumstances without giving proper warning to the other team.

These warnings can not be removed.
