Hi guys,
I’ve suggested a time of 23:30 CET Sat 17th. This should be sometime Saturday afternoon/evening for you, depending on which US timezone you’re in.
We have two servers we can use: one is in Sydney and one is in Texas. So we propose playing one map on the Sydney server and one on the Texas server, or we can swap the Texas one for a server of your choice.
The time you’ve suggested is 7:30am for us, which is a bit early. Not necessarily impossible but is there a better time you’re available?
Note that the times are in CET so the time I proposed won’t actually be 11:30pm for you. Which timezone are you in? That would probably make it easier to work out. We’re in Sydney, Australia, which is currently EDST (confusingly similarly named to eastern US time).
I’m checking with my team for their availability and will nominate a new time as soon as I have that information.

We’re free that day but it’s pretty early in the morning for us (7:30), so would prefer later, even an hour or two…
Note that the times are in CET, did you perhaps mean 21:30 EST (North America)? That would be 1pm for us and fine to play at. Equivalent time would be 3am Sat 17th CET.

Ok, cool, we can play at that time. I have put up the equivalent time in CET, since match times are meant to be entered in CET so they display in the calender correctly etc.
Unfortunately we are going to have to wildcard this match. A number of our team members have had things come up and are now unavailable tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience. :(

Sorry for the delay but it is difficult to organise everyone over Christmas. I can see if enough of my team are available maybe the 29th or 30th but I don’t really like my chances.
