Of course the quality of the maincaller varies from person to person. Just because you’re in a specific class does not automatically make you good at it, it simply means you have quick access to different types of information.

Press tab a lot, check who’s alive in both teams. Memorize your own teammate’s roles, confirm they are in proper position and make sure they have enough health. Analyze uber differences. Abuse weaknesses found in enemy team and correct weaknesses found in your team. Don’t be afraid of micromanaging your teammates from time to time if you deem fit, etc. etc.

Anyone can say the word “push” from time to time.
