Help on horizontal ctap?

I can, Just look straight below and jump. I can get on top of spire if I run forward looking on the ground.

you can do that without ctap. try going to Snakewater last and going from right at the bottom entrance –> top of the spire/house thing.
or from grey bridge to the top of the fence on spire, that’s totally vertical

Thats the one im talking bout. I run forward and watch the floor and do the ctap and get on the top.

Yeah it is, and yes it’s high, that’s the point of a ctap. Wtf else is it? A ctap is the highest/longest single RJ you can do.

I think he means that that jump is possible without ctap… What about haunter to spire fence? Pretty sure thats not possible without ctap, and since I’m bad at jumping I can’t make it with a ctap either.
You can also try gullywash big door (jumping from the concrete, not the sand) to top of cp (nipple), or top of cp to hiding spot above big door (the “plank” that sticks out… or was the clipping removed from that in the last update?)

So what’s the real issue here? You say you can ctap up, so just do the same thing but jump forward.

Ctap isnt THAT helpfull ingame, but my friend said this and i suddenly could do it: Press crouch for short time, wait a sec, then shoot. Also try binding mouse2 to crouch, much easier to get the timing right

No you can’t, the maximum height for a normal rj can be achieved with a script and it doesn’t reach the top of the fence on spire. You need to ctap.

False, it is very possible to jump to the fence from the bridge without a ctap. It might be easier to make it with a lousy ctap than to get there with a regular rj though.
