So,
basically I just want to have a list of what is allowed and what is not allowed.
All I use is:
-rocketjumpscript (cmon we all are fingerlazy)
-custom HUD
-custom hitsound
-classswitch bind
See, I would be fine with a vanilla setting, but I have to now what else is allowed, so the next time I rage against a scout I dont have to think he cheats, although he is allowed to use a move-like-a-training-bot strafe bind/script.

Or he played a scout who had descent movement and assumed he was using a script, and wants to know if he can get the guy banned cos mad.
There are no scripts that would really help a scout with movement. He just hits keys well..
And all those things you use are fine, and most people use most of them anyway.

I think what he means is some script that (just taking an arbitrary theoretical example here) for example makes you go left-right-left-right when you are standing still, so it seems you are sidestepping.
Or to put it more general, any script that might screw up hitboxes
Ok ok, I didnt thought I would sound like a troll, (or the whole internet is like america/russia in the cold-war-period : “I think he is a communist/capitalist, lets kill him” )

If you press the buttons of opposite directions simultaneously, normally you will stop. This script lets you ‘override’ the previous direction you were moving in. It’s allowed, because it isn’t disallowed.
I say ban it all save the huds! If you can wasda then you can also tap duck after jumping!
