What bitrate and res were you using?
I had 2k bitrate since people were saying that 2.5k was too high, I also had output resolution at 768×432.
I checked CommanderX:s stream and it worked just fine on twitch.tv, gonna test it out tonight.

Use an output resolution of half of whatever your screen is at, eg I use 960×540 because my monitor is 1920×1080. I use 1000 kbps for my stream and the quality is OK, but 2000 kbps for how low you were streaming at is probably too much still. Try half your res at 1500.

Right click video -> Settings -> Folder icon -> Drag to the right for unlimited storage
