ETF2L Config: Class Limits

Some people have ESL or other configs auto-executing on their servers. But those configs have (annoying) class limits set by default. And when they execute the etf2l-config the class limits are not removed.
So the next time you update the ETF2L config could you please add:
tf_tournament_classlimit_soldier -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_medic -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_scout -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_demoman -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_pyro -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_sniper -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_heavy -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_engineer -1
tf_tournament_classlimit_spy -1
we might be start using class limits @ etf2l as well. we’ve seen people use 2medics or 2demos, like medic/demo down and ppl either go spawn to change class or next spawner takes the class. it’s a bit proplematic.
Yeah, it’s annoying that some people want to play off-class in warmup, and with class limits not everyone who wants to can play scout.
It’s a viable tactic m0re (don’t really like it myself tho).
Admins already said that it wasn’t against the rules.
And if your medic crashes midgame, you really don’t want to wait 30 seconds for him to actually get kicked.

Maybe make punishments for abusingbreaking the rules more severe?

Can’t remember what topic it was exactly, but as long as you don’t have more than 1 medic/demo or 2 of the other closes playing at the same time there isn’t any problem.
Besides, you’d have either let your medic idle till the replacement dies or let him play a class that (most likely) doesn’t really suit him.
i assume you dont play with a player that crashes 12 times/game. either way, you can always kick the player when he crashes then takes his class.
Classlimits are for jellybellys.
Having a medic that have ping problems every now and then, I would say no. Nothing is more crap than using 10-30 seconds finding out he is away, and some more time kicking him / getting people to kick him / wait for him to drop.
Aslo, playing scout in warmup is a must.
none of u read his post, it says -1 for every class, which means unlimited.
its just to remove crapy limits set from other configs.
