Well I was in middle of editing (by Running PLDX recording tool)
than I stopped (quit tf2) and wanted to play a pickup but I couldnt (still cant )
it shows the following Messege after I relaunched tf2 and it still not working:

i closed my tf2 and restarted, works fine, seems it’s just some people
