Issue with mumble and tf2

Ever since i re-installed windows 7 (32-bit) I have been getting this weird mouse problem whenever mumble is turned on. Any mouse movement or click in-game gets delayed by a couple of seconds.
I tried re-installing mumble, turning off overlay and changing priorities to both normal and low.

it’s already turned off. Like i said the problem only shows up when mumble is turned on

Mumble starts with high priority by default, try turning the priority to normal.
Problem is still present when i set the priority to low and set affinity to only 1 cpu
