playing on a laptop just now with around 30/40fps. heard that your cmdrate should be lower than your fps max because it gives hitreg issues. how lower should it be? my fps is capped 41

p.s. caring about hitreg with 30fps? thats fucking hardcore

I have about 30 fps on laptop and really, really bad hitreg issues. I use Chris’ “bad internet” rates, but no luck improving hitreg :(

Any ideas?
