Another question about scheduling matches...

Sorry to bother you again, but I have another question. What happens if two teams don’t schedule a match by well, tonight. I have tried to schedule it with their leader through steam but they haven’t been very responsive and have been offline all of today. I proposed a time through this site but I’m not going to be surprised if A, they don’t agree to it, or B don’t respond at all. I heard that team’s that don’t schedule matches in time get disqualified. Will my team get eliminated because they aren’t responsive?
In this case a default date will be set.
Be sure to write every essential information on the match page that might help the admin in charge to set a suitable default date.
