other sound output for mumble?

I use a HS that uses an 5.1 dolby digital output (i just configured that way) and i was wondering if i could use the normal output for mumble because now i hear the ppl on mumble like we’re standing in a big room with a lot of acoustic and it’s not that clear)
(the HS has 4 speakers in each cup that’s why it has dolby digital output. i just want mumble to use al speakers (so normal output)
Just sounds to me like you got some extra reverb or something set-up for that output.
I can choose from 4 different outputs for the sound from mumble but thats all analog outputs, dunno about digital. I can imagine it should work in the same way though.
