Mumble problem, "i require assistance" - Server Disconnection.

The information might be a bit vague, but one of my clan mates is having some issues with his mumble. His mumble disconnects him from the server after a couple of minutes (generally 10-20).
He is changing ISP in a couple of weeks so it isnt that big of a deal but it would be great if it could be dealt with. So far we’ve tried using different servers, the FB (where’s that located?) one, and also another hosted in UK. We’ve also tried installing different mumble versions, he still disconnects even if his firewall is down, and to be frank, Mumble is much prefered over Ventrilo so if anyone could help that would be great.

about the DCs, what does it show in the console? (the left side, chat and other log stuff) when he disconnects?
WLAN?
Other people/software/torrents running?
try setting TCP mode in the Mumble>Network settings for once, doubt it will help though.

it happens to me a month ago i didnt do anything and i got 10000 ping and mumble disconnects, after a couple of days with it disappeared, dunno what i did :S
